This is a completely excellent podcast on guardianship/probate and the monsters that inhabit these courtrooms.

A must hear.

Why isn’t this being taught in CLE? Why isn’t he ARDC using this in their programs to let lawyers know that the public knows of their theft, murder and fraud?

Most likely because they are part of it.

Time for the criminals in black robes and at the ARDC to come clean and admit this is all going on. The public knows now and it’s all over the internet.

Professional gangsters.

Note the part where Catholic Charities gets involved in gship/probate only to swipe up land from the elderly and dead elderly.

    I have strong proof and documentation of all my claims. No hearsay! Some appear to be criminal. I have dozens of pages of guardian fee invoices with considerable and indisputable wrong doings. Overcharges in many thousands of dollars.
