While we don’t do probate work, we can either refer you or perhaps help you out for free or a donation of what you can pay to give you some good ideas. We have done that, while we prefer to work on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and business litigation.
BUT really, if you have no money, your being isolated from grandma or for $160 per hour you have to pay some tied in agency to see grandma, you’ve been to 20+ lawyers who won’t represent you and there seems to be no jurisdiction and no summons/complaint/afft of service, Sodini notices to all next of kin and JUSTICE MUST BE DONE, just email me at: joanne@denisonlaw.com and we’ll figure out something. It will probably require a tons of prayer and angels, but hey, you can rely on them to do justice, even when the attorneys and judges have been acting badly.
Now, I would think that all lawyers would work for free or not worry about money when grandma is being isolated and/or a court is operating without jurisdiction and someone has no money, but I have not found that to be the case. Sorry. Most lawyers run the other way when you mention “probate” and this is difficult and/or impossible work in probate.

I have a case in which many things have went on that is easy to see is clearly illegal however no one seems to care and turn their heads. They push forward without care or concern for the law, my son and me. They took my son and has went from a normal lil happy innocent child to a desperate child who is suffering from disassociation, extreme mental and emotional distress, wishes to die, hurting himself, loss of memory and stents of time, and sadly wanting to kill himself and his guardian / family by turning on the gas stove at night and letting it go. He left a note saying he no longer wanted to live if he could not be with his mommy that without her life is not worth it. He is quickly declining and makes it clear to all that he is doing all of this because he needs to go home and will not stop till he gets there. Despite his rapidly deteriorating mental health they refuse to return him home or even let a family member take him. The are pushing to put him in a home. I can’t stand to sit back and let this go on…it is the worst feeling a parent could image seeing your child go through this and them begging you to please help them and you can’t do anything no one will listen. This clearly is the exact opposite of what is in the best interest of my child and I only fear it to get worse!!! Please let me know if you are willing to hear my story and possibly help me and my son before it’s too late

If you read the blog, he is in jail on a 17 year old charge and conviction when he did not show up for trial. It’s ludicrous.

Hello…I am wondering your blog is still active. I am having problems with custody issues in Illinois. First with a crooked judge and lawyer having ex-parte communication. Second with a court hearing that was scheduled in a Circuit court that closed for the week for the judge’s vacation. I was told that I couldn’t get a court date for motion but he (the judge) came in for a hearing that wasn’t even on an emergency petition from my ex. There was no court in session. I brought witnesses and got lucky that the court reporter just happened be in her office transcribing some records. It gets much worse and I don’t want to say any more on here this time. Please contact me and I’ll tell you the rest.
