From Ken Ditkowsky–the fight continues

The following is in response from a probate victim (GM) whose husband was removed from the home against his will, drugged, placed in a locked down facility.  When she complained, they put a restraining order on her.  $600k is missing from that estate from a predatory Guardian.

Subject: Re: [New post] Lookie here– I told Judge McCarthy NOT to appoint they OPG, they’re evil, and 3,000 petitioners and a case and family on the South Side agree!

The crimes of elder cleansing go on without reprieve.   Corrupt Judicial Officials and their appointees, but those who aid and abet the criminal conduct feel immune to not only the Constitution, the core values of America, but, the Federal ADA and consumer acts.
My gripe is with the retaliation and attempted intimidation committed by Jerome Larkin and his cronies.  Larkin acting in concert with the criminal elements not only protects the felonies of elder cleansing, but, *****.      It should be noted that Larkin is reported not to have filed the Ethics (disclosure statement) required of all persons receiving public funds as remuneration for services.    His failure to provide that information suggests that he has something to hide!

  1. The Seven Signs You’re in a Cult….. 1.Opposing critical thinking

    2. Isolating members and penalizing them for leaving

    3. Emphasizing special doctrines outside scripture

    4. Seeking inappropriate loyalty to their leaders

    5. Dishonoring the family unit

    6. Crossing Biblical boundaries of behavior (versus sexual purity and personal ownership)

    7. Separation from the Church

    • I do like the probate analogy to a “cult”
      1. Opposing critical thinking (probate court and IARDC)
      2. Isolating family members that do not agree with the “cult” (ie, draining of estates, nursing home forced placement by those with tie ins and vested interests, generally undisclosed, disbarment for breaking the atty code of silence that seniors are being harmed and there is no jurisdiction (Sykes, Wyman, etc.))
      3. Emphasizing “grandma is better off in a nursing home” and “we can take care of her better than her own family” and “trust the probate court” “she can move back in later” (Lahody)–all lies and deceptions to foster the cottage industry
      4. If you question the probate court and tied in attorneys, we will ruin you, smear your name, go after your finances with false statements to the court you stole funds (imaginary prommisory notes in Schwartz case, ignoring antenuptutal agreement in Kaufman, false statements against Gloria Sykes to smear her good name),
      5. Dishonoring the family unit (never criticize the probate court or attorneys. this is the position of the ARDC and GAL’s)
      6. Crossing made up boundaries. (the cult of “supervised visitation” is only for family members that out stealing and abuse (Gary Frake, Gloria Sykes) — so they have to pay and then they are isolated because visitation just “never happens” ever again and the judge always says “make sure X sees his or her parent” and that conveniently never happens. But miscreats that shut up and share the booty are given free reign (Stouffer)
      7. Separation from the court (telling family members to shut up, ignoring their pleadings of valid claims of financial and physical abuse (missing assets, drugging, etc.)
Good job, Oversee, you can see that in many ways the corollaries between cult and probate.
