I don’t know when this activity will begin, but I know that a certain someone will be the first in line to take advantage of this law.
Probably more than a few of our posters on this blog.
If anyone has any experience with this new “team” of professionals to investigate elder abuse and financial exploitation, please submit it for posting here.
We ALL want to know about it.

Good comment! I agree that if the task force is left alone and they do their jobs, the likes of Tyler, Gore, Bedin, Wyman and Sykes will stop the 18th floor. I always have to be optimistic and I will start directing people there to ensure that probate stops the abuse of wards. Now a small but significant minority are being isolated, kept from home and family, significant assets are uninventoried, and shams and scams abound–even before the court.
Should be interesting.
