1. The murder of my 83 year old mother by her Dr. Poalo Mazzotta in her home with Morphine, Codeine, Acetaminophen, Hydrocodone and Hydromorphone. My 83 year old mother was living independently with a little help from me. My mother appointed me as her sole representative for powers of attorney for care and finances. My mother had told her lawyers and doctor my sister Belinda Bajouco was not to be involved with her care or finances as she was not fit or trustworthy. Belinda had stolen over $36,000.00 from my elderly mother. She also had stolen the deed to my mother’s property. Unfortunately the police refused to investigate and my mother continued to be victimized by her daughter Belinda. My mother had told Mazzotta she did not want Belinda in her house because she was abusive and stealing from my mother. September 2016 my mother repeatedly felt threatened by the strangers her doctor brought into her house. My mother did not have dementia and told me they are trying to steal my house. My mother was right. She told me they keep telling me to sign papers and I do not know what I am signing. I spoke to Mazzotta about my mother feeling threatened in her own home. It would be 4 days later he prescribed Hydromorphone and 4 days later he prescribed Hydrocodone. These narcotics are contradicted for seniors. These narcotics cause confusion and dizziness. Why would a doctor be so careless?
   The nurses cancelled my mother’s Ensure behind my back. This was not a good sign of what these abusers were planning for my mother. Mazzotta decided to bring in my thieving sister to cause conflict. I would find out at this very same time Mazzotta had documented he would be contacting the Public Guardian’s Office. They were targeting my mother for guardianship to steal my mother’s property and her doctor was involved. It is also important for me to mention 5 years before my mother’s death a registered nurse tried to get her dirty hands on my mother’s will. This nurse belongs to the same organization of nurses who were in the house when she died.
   Mid October 2016 my mother repeatedly tells me she did not want Belinda in her house. I saw the bruise on my mother’s left upper arm and I knew my mother was being physically assaulted. Shortly after this my mother’s legal documents were changed to benefit my sister who ends up stealing close to $50,000.00 of my mother’s money immediately when she got into my mother’s house. Belinda also stole from her daughter’s piggybank. She was also able to get my mother to remove 3 beneficiaries to give her a bigger inheritance. But Belinda wanted 100% of my mother’s money and working with her lawyers and 2 judges and she was able to steal over 1 million dollars of my mother’s money.
   Belinda refused to allow me to see my mother. She also refused to have family members speak to my mother. When I went to the house Belinda got my mother into her car and drove away. The will was changed on November 1, 2016. I would see wriiten proof my mother was upset because she was made to change her legal papers. My mother had told me her doctor was harassing her to change her legal papers and she was right. Belinda participated in a burial scam on December 1, 2016 to defraud my mother of $26,000.00 and my mother died on February 1, 2017. I spoke to my mother finding her confused during this time and I phoned the Toronto Police knowing my mother was being abused by her doctor and Belinda. I reported the bruise to the police. The police were abusive to me and refused to investigate. My mother died 2 months later under the care of Dr. Paolo Mazzotta. I was fortunate enough to get the Ontario Coroner to get my mother’s body from the funeral home and the following morning they with a warrant got my mother’s medical from Mt. Sinai Hospital. The coroner’s investigation was some help as I found out they starved her down to 81 pounds. There was documented ‘a start of a sacral bedsore’; but I was able to get into my mother’s house 8 months after she died and discovered her bedsore was a grade 3 infected sacral bedsore. Once in my mother’s house I was able to get the evidence of the narcotics and the dates they were started. My evil sister changed my mother’s pharmacy to prevent me from discovering the medications they used to drug my mother to death.
   The coroner’s report also documents a laceration to my mother’s left upper arm. This laceration was in the same spot as the bruise I had reported to the police. Someone dug their finger nail into my 83 year old mother’s arm. The coroner’s report failed to mention the massive bruise wrapped around the right wrist of my mother. I saw this bruise on my mother’s right wrist when she laid in her coffin. I will always wonder how many more bruises my 83 year old mother got under the care of Dr. Paolo Mazzotta.
   The Ontario Coroner had refused to do a toxicology report and it would be 7 months after she died I had to argue with the doctor for this report. I eventually got the report confirming Codeine, Morphine, Acetaminophen, Hydrocodone and Hydromorphone in the body of my 83 year old mother weighing only 81 pounds. This was not mercy! This was murder! After getting the toxicology report I was able to confirm the massive bruise wrapped around my 83 year old mother’s wrist was made because they restrained her and force fed so many narcotics to kill her. The coroner’s report failed to mention my mother had a fall December 2016 and declined. But there was no medical examination to rule out serious injuries like broken bones. Instead Dr. Paolo Mazzotta continued to drug her to death. They took her life, house, money and even stole my parent’s wedding bands.
   Prior to these criminals getting into my mother’s house my mother was living independently and paying her bills on time and on her own and enjoying her home and garden. They took everything from her.
   My mother had prepaid for her funeral 7 years before she died. The funeral home working with Belinda ganged up on me and lied to me saying my mother never prepaid and wanted me to sign a $12,000.00 contract of payment. I insisted there was no money owing.3 funeral directors Aaron Battle, Mike Stangi and James Cardinal worked with Mark Ross lawyers to stage a false claim against my mother and I. They robbed me of close to $30,000.00 and further victimized my mother of $3,000.00 by stealing services she paid for. They even tried to steal the Jesus Christ cross my mother paid for.
   At the probate court I witnessed the Mark Ross lawyer giving the judgement to the judge. The judgement was written by the lawyers and not the judge. The probate court judge Laurence Pattillo participated in defrauding my late mother and I. Pattillo repeatedly states I was “reprehensible” but I am not the one stealing from my mother. You Laurence Pattillo are REPREHENSIBLE and robbed my 83 year old mother and I. Pattillo was abusive and threatening me and ordered me arrested. 4 security guards who pulled out 4 handcuffs ran after me.
   My mother’s money ends up at 222 Queen St. West right up the street from Mark Ross Law Office located at 123 John St. in Toronto, Ontario in Canada.
   The probate court took seizure of my mother’s estate by fraud for lawyers and judges to steal my family legacy..
   It has been 5 years and my mother’s meager estate remains not settled. The court appointed thief Angelique Moss has a 1.2 million $ mortgage and refuses to settle the estate.
   Victoria Chiappietta is the judge who participated in the funeral scam and she ends up at the probate court shortly after the fraud against my mother and I. Chiappietta had been at another court and got the inventory to my mother’s property which is puzzling because we were not at the probate court at that time. A lawyer reviews the probate court documents and apologized to me for what the court did. This lawyer told me there is corruption in the court and cases are not won by the evidence or merit.
   There was also the burial scam which is tied to the probate court fraud. When the probate court took seizure of my mother’s estate it included my mother’s burial hole at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. My mother was not buried. They lowered her into the $26,000.00 rip off and kept the cords and machine in place. I know when we left they removed her. This same burial hole belonged to Dobson and he had been buried in it. I found out the caskets and cemetery plots are being double sold to maximize profits. The Attorney General’s Office and the Public Guardian Office are stake holders at the cemetry.
   I had to demonstrate in front of the cemetry to get these crooks to place a marker on my mother’s burial plot that she paid for.
   The Toronto Police repeatedly refused to stop the murder of my mother and covered up the crimes against my mother and I.
   Victoria Chiappietta is married to a cop and her brother is a cop. DISGRACE!!!
   Angelique Moss the court appointed lawyer states to me she has the authority to disinherit me from my Portugal inheritance and she did with fraud. The Portuguese Consulate without my knowledge and consent trafficked my Portugal identification to 3 criminals stealing from my mother. They stole all the money in my bank accounts in Portugal and stole property legally registered to me by stealing my identity.
   My mother’s killer was able to work with lawyers and judges and steal from my late mother and I.
   Laurence Pattillo and Victoria Chiappietta were instrumental in the crimes against my mother and I.

   I am a witness my mother’s 3 lawyers destroyed her legal documents to destroy my 83 year old mother. Their names are Eduardo and Benjamin Marcos and Jane Harvey. 3 wills and 3 documents for powers of attorney for care and finances destroyed by my mother’s own lawyers because she had appointed me as her sole representative to keep her safe.

   On August 1, 2019 I was targeted and robbed by 3 men at my local bakery. Someone paid these 3 mobsters to rob me and I knew at the time they wanted the key to my home. I have a document linked to the court appointed thief with the date and I strongly believe lawyers and judges were involved in hiring these 3 men. It would be the following month a man and a woman came to my home twice. The second time they tried to get instead house and I started secreaming. The first evening they parked in front of my house and were looking for survilence cameras. Both of the visits were in the late evening and it was dark. These people were communicating with their cellphone and were taking instructions by whoever they were speaking to. A few weeks went by and someone gained entry into my fenced backyard. I would got confirmation from my home line phone company my telephone line was cut on October 28, 2019.
   The lawyers and judges hire thugs to hurt people and steal from them. By eliminating me Angelique Moss and the judges would have another estate to rob.
